To process a product refund, we will need the following from you: Your contact information. Your InfiniteAloe.shop order number (orders from InfiniteAloe.com or Costco, etc. must be returned through their channels) Your reason for returning the product. After receiving an eligible request through the return request form below, an InfiniteAloe.shop team member will reply with authorization to return the unused portion of the product to us. Upon receipt of the product being returned, we will process a refund for your product purchase price. (This guarantee does not cover the cost of shipping the product back to InfiniteAloe.shop.) Please note that shipping costs are not included in the refunded amount. You will be refunded the amount of the product purchased through InfiniteAloe.shop only. Adjustments will be made to account for coupon eligibility and discount usage when appropriate. Please see Help / FAQ for additional details.
